Thickness Analysis
To create a SolidWorks eDrawings file with thickness analysis:

In SolidWorks, click Thickness Analysis
(Utilities toolbar) or Utilities, Thickness Analysis.

In the PropertyManager, specify analysis options, then click Calculate.

Click Save Report.

Select Save results in eDrawings, set eDrawings options, then click Save.
For multibody parts, only analyzed bodies are saved.
The analysis colors are displayed when you open the part in eDrawings.
